Dr. Chung-Yi Tseng has been appointed Adjunct Research Fellow of the Institute of Physics, effective August 1, 2008.

Dr. Pen-Chung Yew, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Science, has been appointed Director of the Institute for a three-year term, effective September 15, 2008.

Dr. Ming-Syan Chen, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Research Center of Information Technology Innovation, has been appointed Director of the Center for a three-year term, effective September 15, 2008.
