Applications for the 2016 Academia Sinica Fellowships for Doctoral Candidates in the Humanities and Social Sciences begin. Each applicant should submit to the intended host Institute within Academia Sinica a curriculum vitae, official copies of one’s Ph.D. academic records, a research plan, reprints of publications, and two letters of recommendation from one’s affiliated academic institution, together with a completed application form. (Each applicant should submit the application to only ONE intended host Institute. Duplicate submission will not be allowed. In addition, this program is not open to candidates who are citizens of the PRC at present.)
　　The duration of the Fellowship appointment is one year, of which at least two or three days a week must be spent at Academia Sinica.
