Dr. Chuan-Feng Wu, Assistant Research Fellow of the Institutum Iurisprudentiae at Academia Sinica, has been selected as a 2013-2014 Harvard Yenching Visiting Scholar. The Visiting Scholars Program offers faculty the opportunity to conduct 10 months of research at Harvard University and provides a living stipend. Dr. Wu’s research focuses on health law, public health ethics, and international human rights law. He also conducted extensive and in-depth research in the emerging field of law, science, and technology. The title of the research proposal which he plans to pursue at Harvard is “Raising the Right to Health Concerns within Taiwan's National Health Insurance System.”
