Dr. Ming-Syan Chen, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, will serve as Director of the Center, effective September 15, 2014. The term of appointment is until the new Director of the Center assumes office.

　　Dr. Cheng-Ying Yang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Economics, effective September 4, 2014.
