Dr. Shun-Jen Cheng, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics, has been appointed Director of the Institute, effective from July August 12, 2015 to August 11, 2018.

Dr. Volker Elling has been appointed Research Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics, effective from June 1, 2016 to June 30, 2040.

Dr. Ching-I Peng has been appointed Adjunct Research Fellow of the Biodiversity Research Center, effective from August 1 to December 31, 2015.

Dr. Hong-Yuan Chu has been appointed Adjunct Research Fellow of the Institute of Modern History, effective from August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2016.
