| TIGP – UC Davis: pharmaceutical chemistry courses are now open for Registration |

University of California, Davis (UCD) offers world-class lectures in the field of Pharmaceutical Chemistry. To initiate academic partnerships, Acedemia Sinica(AS) and UCD established a Quarter Abroad program back in 2011.
The QA program allows great academic and cultural collaborations between students and faculty members from both institutions. It is also a great opportunity for AS researchers/students to gain the most up-to-date knowledge on pharmaceutical chemistry while interacting with professors and students from UCD.
The courses offered are CHEM 130 A: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, CHEM 130 B: Computer Modeling for Drug Design, CHEM 130 C: Simulcast Lectures from Professional Pharmaceutical/Medicinal Chemists and CHEM 150: Chemistry of Natural Products. Registration is required for CHEM 130 A, B and 150.
AS researchers/students who successfully complete 130A, 130B and/or 150 will receive a certificate of completion from UCD, Dean of Mathematical and Physical Sciences and UCD, Department of Chemistry.
All is welcome to attend “Special Lectures” and “Simulcast (CHEM 130 C)”. No registration is required for these sessions. Lists of speakers and topics are available under each section on the left.

Certificate of Completion signed by UCD will be granted at the end of the course to students who registered online.
