Congratulations to Dr. Paul Katz, Recipient of the 2012 Dr. Hu Shih Memorial Chair
 

Dr. Paul Katz, Research Fellow of the Institute of Modern History at Academia Sinica, is this year’s recipient of the Dr. Hu Shih Memorial Chair. He was selected from among three applicants by the Dr. Hu Shih Memorial Chair Committee. His research project is entitled “Broadcasting the Tao: Religion and the Mass Media in Modern China”.
