        Dr. Wen-Hsiung Li, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Biodiversity Research Center, has been appointed Director of the center for a term of one year and nine months, effective January 1, 2011.

Dr. Ming-Che Shih, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center, has been appointed Director of the center for a three-year term, effective January 1, 2011.

Dr. Yu-ju Lin has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences, effective December 6, 2010.

Dr. Hung-tai Wang has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of History and Philology, effective February 1, 2011.

Dr. Francisca Kemper has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics, effective October 19, 2010.
