        Dr. Ming-Syan  Chen, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, has been appointed Director of the Center for a three-year term, effective September 15, 2011.

Dr. Keng-hui Lin has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Physics, effective September 2, 2011.

Dr. Ci-Ren Jiang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Statistical Science, effective September 15, 2011.

Dr. Shih-Yen Lin has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences, effective September 2, 2011.
