Director Ker-Chau Li, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Statistical Science, is going to the United States for academic affairs from April 10-16, 2012. During his absence, Deputy Director Jing-Shiang Hwang is the acting director.

Director Tao-Shih Hsieh, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Cellular and Organismic Biology, will go to Dake University, U.S.A. for academic affairs from April 19 to May 7, 2012. During his absence, Deputy Director Pung-Pung Hwang will be the acting director.
