Brief Introduction:

Chikakuryu is one of Japanese traditional dance sects which inherit the performing arts from classic Japanese dance. The founder of Chikakuryu, Ms. Chikaku Shisen, has started her traditional Japanese dance lesson since she was five and studied with Mr. Hujikawa, the leader of Nishigawa sect (one of five mainstreams in tradition Japanese dance). The Chikaku Bisen Shin Buyou, led by Ms. Chikaku Shisen’s inheritress, Ms. Chikaku Bisen, is comprised of members with average 10-year experiences in traditional Japanese dance. They are going to present us the beauty of the traditional Japanese dance with the theme of “Flower Banquet”.
