Dr. Ker-Chau Li, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Statistical Science, has been reappointed Director of the Institute for a three-year term, effective July 3, 2009.

Dr. Le-Yu Chen has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Economics, effective February 9, 2009.

Dr. Yang-Chih Fu, Research Fellow of the Institute of Sociology, has been reappointed Director of the Institute for a three-year term, effective July 10, 2009.
