Dr. Hsueh-Chi Sherry Yen, Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Molecular Biology, received the 2011 Li Foundation Heritage Prize for “Excellence in Creativity”. Each prize recipient receives $40,000 USD disbursed over a period of two years. Dr. Yen’s research on global protein turnover regulation has won international recognition. Dr. Yen has published four articles in acclaimed international journals such as the Science and Cell.
