The 2010 Edition of Cross-Straits, Four Regions: Legal Developments in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Macau is Now Available

The Institutum Iurisprudentiae has now published the 2010 edition of Cross-Straits, Four Regions: Legal Developments in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Macau (Volume One & Two). This book, edited by Dr. Dennis Te-Chung Tang and Dr. Chi Chung, includes the keynote speech by Prof. Jacques de Lisle of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, as well as 28 articles and 32 commentaries originally presented at the “2010 Conference on the Legal Developments in Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.” We hope this book faithfully presents the status quo and future prospects of legal education in Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, and facilitates continued academic exchanges between these four regions.
