Dr. Chun-Nan Hsu, Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Science, has been promoted to Research Fellow, effective May 16, 2008.

Dr. Chih-Ming Ho, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics (Preparatory Office), has been reappointed Director of the Institute for a three-year term, effective September 1, 2008.

Dr. Yia-Chung Chang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences, has been reappointed Director of the Center for a three-year term, effective June 15, 2008.

Dr. Danie Liang, Assistant Research Fellow of the Research Center for Environmental Changes, has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow, effective May 19, 2008.

Dr. Shang-Jen Li, Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of History and Philology, has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow, effective May 12, 2008.

Dr. Kwang-Che Pan, Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Modern History, has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow, effective May 12, 2008.

Dr. Seunghyun Han has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Modern History, effective June 25, 2008.
