Purpose: Enhance correct and safe fitness concepts of our employees and members.
Location: Gym of gymnasium of Academia Sinica
Permission: People who are interested in the concepts of gym and love sports can join the lessons, except for those who are under the age of 16, pregnant, and with cardiac diseases and asthma.
Trainer: Miss Yang, Miss Zou
Time: Twice each month, 12:10~1:00 P.M. and 5:10~6:00 P.M. from April to October.
Training Charge: Free. But we still charge the entrance fee.
Schedule: Please put on sports clothes and shoes.
