Dr. Chao-Te Li of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics has been promoted to Associate Research Engineer. His term is effective dating from April 25, 2007.

Dr. Jau-Huei Tang has been approved as Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences. His tenure began on April 26, 2007.
