A Grammar of Mantauran (Rukai) Has Been Published

Rukai, one of the 14 still extant Formosan languages, consists of six dialects (Tanan, Labuan, Budai, Mantauran, Maga, Tona) which are spoken in southern Taiwan.

         Plants and plant natural products have been used for treatment or prevention of human diseases throughout history. Due to a high mortality rate for most cancers, in recent years, nutrients and non-nutrient phytocompounds are being extensively explored for their potential preventive effects against cancer.
