Dr. Shun-Jen Cheng, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics, will act as Acting Director of the Institute, effective August 12, 2018. The term of appointment will be until the new Director of the Institute assumes office.

Dr. Che-Mao Tsai has been appointed Adjunct Research Fellow of the Institute of History and Philology, effective from May 1, 2018, to July 31, 2019.
Dr. Shwu-Fann Liou has been promoted Research Fellow of the Institutum Iurisprudentiae, effective from May 11, 2018, to December 31, 2020.
