\u4eba\u9ad4\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u7684\u73fe\u6cc1\u8207\u672a\u4f86<\/strong><\/p>\n 2020 \u5e74\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u5316\u5b78\u734e\u51fa\u7210\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u6280\u8853 CRISPR \u767c\u660e\u8005–\u73cd\u59ae\u4f5b\uff0e\u9053\u7d0d (Jennifer A. Doudna) \u4ee5\u53ca\u57c3\u99ac\u7d10\u57c3\u723e\uff0e\u5f6d\u8482\u8036 (Emmanuelle Charpentier) \u5169\u4f4d\u5973\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u540c\u6458\u6842\u51a0\uff01\u57fa\u56e0\u795e\u526a CRISPR \u5b9b\u5982\u79d1\u6280\u9b54\u6212\uff0c\u5a01\u529b\u6a6b\u6383\u5168\u7403\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6578\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u7a4d\u6975\u7528\u5b83\u6539\u826f\u7269\u7a2e\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4eba\u985e\u81ea\u8eab\u3002\u4f46\uff0c\u7de8\u8f2f\u4eba\u9ad4\u57fa\u56e0\u5df2\u7d93\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u6beb\u7121\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u55ce\uff1f\u4e2d\u7814\u9662\u751f\u7269\u5316\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u52a9\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u51cc\u5609\u9d3b\uff0c\u66fe\u5728\u672c\u6b21\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u734e\u5f97\u4e3b\u73cd\u59ae\u4f5b\uff0e\u9053\u7d0d\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u898b\u8b49 CRISPR \u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7206\u70b8\u6027\u7a81\u7834\uff0c\u4e5f\u6df1\u77e5\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u7684\u6280\u8853\u8207\u502b\u7406\u754c\u7dda\u3002\u6bd4\u8d77\u62ff\u8d77 CRISPR \u795e\u526a\u6539\u9020\u4eba\u985e\uff0c\u4ed6\u66f4\u60f3\u628a\u9019\u628a\u526a\u5200\u6539\u5f97\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n \u60a8\u662f\u4eba\u9ad4\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u767c\u751f\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u5bf6\u5bf6\u7684\u722d\u8b70\uff0c\u60a8\u600e\u9ebc\u770b?<\/strong><\/p>\n \u300c\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u5bf6\u5bf6\u4e8b\u4ef6\u300d\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u5bb6\u8cc0\u5efa\u594e\u548c\u4ed6\u7684\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u5229\u7528 CRISPR \u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4fee\u6539\u4eba\u985e\u53d7\u7cbe\u5375\u7684 CCR5 \u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u8b93\u80da\u80ce\u5728\u767c\u80b2\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5c0d\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u514d\u75ab\u3002<\/p>\n 2018 \u5e74 11 \u6708\uff0c\u8cc0\u5efa\u594e\u5ba3\u7a31\uff1a\u5df2\u6709\u4e00\u5c0d\u57fa\u56e0\u7d93\u904e\u7de8\u8f2f\u7684\u96d9\u80de\u80ce\u59ca\u59b9\u8a95\u751f\u3002\u9019\u5c0d\u59ca\u59b9\u7684\u7236\u89aa\u662f\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u5e36\u539f\u8005\uff0c\u4f46\u5169\u59ca\u59b9\u51fa\u751f\u5f8c\u8b49\u5be6\u5747\u672a\u611f\u67d3\u611b\u6ecb\u3002<\/p>\n
