\n\u91dd\u5c0d\u55ae\u4e00\u57fa\u56e0\u7570\u5e38\u9020\u6210\u7684\u7f55\u898b\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u90ed\u6c9b\u6069\u5718\u968a\u4f7f\u7528\u300c\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u907a\u50b3\u5206\u6790\u300d(full genome analysis) \u4f86\u5206\u6790\u75c5\u56e0\u3002<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n
\u9019\u985e\u7f55\u898b\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u5148\u5929\u6027\u7570\u5e38 (congenital anomalies) \u3001\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u6027\u75be\u200b\u200b\u75c5 (neurodegenerative disease) \u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u907a\u50b3\u5206\u6790\u5206\u6210\u5169\u500b\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u5f9e\u8840\u6db2\u3001\u53e3\u6c34\u53d6\u5f97\u53ef\u4f9b\u5206\u6790\u7684 DNA\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u9032\u884c\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b9a\u5e8f (whole genome sequencing)\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u8a72 DNA \u7247\u6bb5\u7684\u9e7c\u57fa\u5982\u4f55\u6392\u5217\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca\u7e6a\u88fd\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5716\u8b5c (whole genome mapping)\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u8a72 DNA \u7247\u6bb5\u5728\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u4e0a\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u300c\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b9a\u5e8f\u300d\uff0c\u662f\u5c07\u5df2\u767c\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u7684 23 \u5c0d\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u4e2d\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u5168\u90e8\u90fd\u5b9a\u5e8f\u3002\u5b9a\u5e8f\u5b8c\u6210\u5f8c\uff0c\u53c3\u8003\u5df2\u77e5\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u3001\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5b78\u3001\u91ab\u5b78\u7b49\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u78ba\u8a8d\u5f71\u97ff\u767c\u75c5\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff1b\u6216\u662f\u85c9\u7531\u6bd4\u5c0d\u5065\u5eb7\u96d9\u89aa\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u5f9e\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\u4e2d\u641c\u5c0b\u57fa\u56e0\u8b8a\u7570\u8655\uff0c\u518d\u627e\u51fa\u7f55\u898b\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u767c\u75c5\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n
\u63a5\u8457\uff0c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u300c\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5716\u8b5c\u7e6a\u88fd\u300d\uff0c\u4f86\u7d44\u88dd\u9577\u7247\u6bb5\u7684 DNA\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u57fa\u56e0\u6392\u5217\u7684\u6b63\u78ba\u6027\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5075\u6e2c\u7d50\u69cb\u6027\u8b8a\u7570\u7684\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n
\u5982\u4e0a\u5716\u6240\u793a\uff0c\u90ed\u6c9b\u6069\u5718\u968a\u5efa\u7acb\u57fa\u56e0\u5716\u8b5c (gene map) \u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u662f\u5148\u5c07 DNA \u5206\u6210\u8f03\u5927\u7684\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u9175\u7d20\u4f86\u6a19\u8a18 DNA \u4e0a\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u4e26\u9ecf\u4e0a\u87a2\u5149\u7576\u4f5c\u6a19\u7c64 (label)\u3002\u900f\u904e\u6a5f\u5668\u6e2c\u91cf\u5404\u500b\u87a2\u5149\u6a19\u7c64\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u8ddd\u96e2\u5f8c\uff0c\u518d\u5f9e\u5f71\u50cf\u7d44\u5408\u6210\u9577 DNA \u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u4e26\u5b9a\u4f4d\u51fa\u8a72 DNA \u7247\u6bb5\u5728\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n
\n\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5716\u8b5c\u7e6a\u88fd\uff0c\u5f4c\u88dc\u4e86\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b9a\u5e8f\u8b80\u53d6\u9577\u5ea6\u9650\u5236\u7684\u7f3a\u61be\uff1b\u800c\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b9a\u5e8f\uff0c\u5247\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6e96\u78ba\u7684 DNA \u5e8f\u5217\u3002<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n
\u85c9\u7531\u9019\u5169\u500b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u5f97\u4ee5\u9032\u884c\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u907a\u50b3\u5206\u6790 (full genome analysis) \uff0c\u9032\u800c\u63a2\u8a0e\u7f55\u898b\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u56e0\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n
\u300cDNA \u88e1\u5145\u6eff\u91cd\u8907\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u8b93\u91cd\u5efa\u5de5\u7a0b\u589e\u6dfb\u96e3\u5ea6\u3002\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u627e\u5230\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u5c0d\u5b9a\u5e8f\u6703\u5f88\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002\u300d\u90ed\u6c9b\u6069\u63d0\u5230\u3002\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u5c0f\u7247\u6bb5 DNA\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u8f03\u5927 DNA \u7247\u6bb5\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u5e8f\u5217\u7dda\u7d22\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fa8\u8a8d\u3001\u62fc\u6e4a\u51fa\u57fa\u56e0\u539f\u672c\u6392\u5217\u7684\u9806\u5e8f\u3002\u5c07\u8fa8\u8a8d\u5927\u7247\u6bb5 DNA \u5f97\u5230\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u5716\u8b5c\u62fc\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u91cd\u7d44\u6574\u689d\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>\n
\u5927\u773e\u5e38\u898b\u75be\u75c5\uff1a\u5206\u6790\u591a\u57fa\u56e0\u95dc\u806f<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n
\u5c0d\u65bc\u300c\u55ae\u4e00\u300d\u57fa\u56e0\u7570\u5e38\u9020\u6210\u7684\u7f55\u898b\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u80fd\u85c9\u7531\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5b9a\u5e8f (whole Genome Sequencing) \u548c\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5716\u8b5c\u7e6a\u88fd (whole genome mapping) \uff0c\u627e\u5230\u53ef\u80fd\u81f4\u75c5\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u518d\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u75c5\u539f\u56e0\u8207\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n
\u4f46\u9762\u5c0d\u300c\u591a\u57fa\u56e0\u300d\u4ea4\u4e92\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u3001\u764c\u75c7\u3001\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u907a\u50b3\u5206\u6790 (full genome analysis) \u5c31\u7121\u6cd5\u6e2c\u51fa\u5404\u500b\u55ae\u4e00\u57fa\u56e0\u5c0d\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\uff0c\u4ee5\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5c11\u90e8\u5206\u70ba\u55ae\u57fa\u56e0\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u800c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u70ba\u591a\u57fa\u56e0\u52a0\u4e0a\u74b0\u5883\u98f2\u98df\u7b49\u56e0\u5b50\u4ea4\u4e92\u5f71\u97ff\u6240\u81f4\uff0c\u75c5\u56e0\u76f8\u7576\u8907\u96dc\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u95dc\u806f\u5206\u6790 (GWAS) \u642d\u914d\u91ab\u7642\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u5927\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u80fd\u627e\u5230\u8207\u75be\u75c5\u9810\u9632\u3001\u9032\u7a0b\u3001\u53ca\u6cbb\u7642\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u751f\u7269\u6a19\u8a18<\/a>\u00a0(biomarker)\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u9ad4\u5167\u53ef\u4ee5\u53cd\u61c9\u67d0\u7a2e\u75be\u75c5\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u90ed\u6c9b\u6069\u5718\u968a\u6b63\u7a4d\u6975\u5730\u8207\u81fa\u7063\u5404\u5927\u91ab\u9662\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u904b\u7528\u6b64\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u63a8\u884c\u548c\u5927\u773e\u5065\u5eb7\u606f\u606f\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u300c\u81fa\u7063\u7cbe\u6e96\u91ab\u7642\u8a08\u756b\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n
\u5728\u81fa\u7063\u7cbe\u6e96\u91ab\u7642\u8a08\u756b\u4e2d\uff0c\u90ed\u6c9b\u6069\u5718\u968a\u900f\u904e\u6587\u737b\u6536\u96c6\u8207\u75be\u75c5\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u300c\u5df2\u77e5\u300d\u57fa\u56e0\u8b8a\u7570\u9ede\uff0c\u4e26\u8a2d\u8a08\u9069\u5408\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a72\u57fa\u56e0\u4f4d\u9ede\u7684\u6676\u7247\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u6aa2\u9ad4\u5c31\u6703\u5229\u7528\u9019\u5f35\u6676\u7247\u9032\u884c\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u95dc\u806f\u5206\u6790 (GWAS)\uff0c\u78ba\u8a8d\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u662f\u5426\u5728\u8a72\u8655\u6709\u8b8a\u7570\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n
\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u591a\u6578\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8b8a\u7570\u9ede\u5c1a\u300c\u672a\u77e5\u300d\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u53ef\u85c9\u7531\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u95dc\u806f\u5206\u6790 (GWAS) \u63a2\u7a76\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u75c5\u60a3\u57fa\u56e0\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u5f9e\u5927\u6578\u64da\u627e\u51fa\u8207\u8a72\u75be\u75c5\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u57fa\u56e0\uff1b\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u7576\u67d0\u7a2e\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u5927\u591a\u6578\u75c5\u60a3\uff0c\u5e7e\u4e4e\u90fd\u5728\u67d0\u8655\u57fa\u56e0\u51fa\u73fe\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u63a8\u6e2c\u5176\u70ba\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8b8a\u7570\u4f4d\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n

\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u4eba\u9ad4\u5c0d\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u7d93\u7531\u9ad4\u5916\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u6aa2\u6e2c (gene test)\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u4e8b\u5148\u5f97\u77e5\u75c5\u60a3\u5c0d\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u91ab\u751f\u9078\u7528\u6700\u9069\u5408\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n
