\u6240\u4ee5\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u8981\u6709\u4e00\u628a\u7cbe\u6e96\u3001\u80fd\u5920\u526a\u958b DNA repeats)\u3002\u5f8c\u4f86\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u7d30\u83cc\u90fd\u6709 CRISPR\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u7d30\u83cc\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8a18\u61b6\u66fe\u7d93\u4f86\u72af\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002<\/p>\n \u6545\u4e8b\u662f\u9019\u9ebc\u958b\u59cb\u7684\uff1a\u7576\u75c5\u6bd2\u5165\u4fb5\u7d30\u83cc\uff0c\u6703\u628a\u81ea\u5df1\u7684 DNA \u6ce8\u5165\u5230\u7d30\u83cc\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f01\u5716\u9738\u4f54\u7d30\u83cc\u5de5\u5ee0\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u8907\u88fd\u65b0\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002\u4f46\u7d30\u83cc\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6703\u4e56\u4e56\u6328\u6253\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fa8\u8b58\u3001\u6467\u6bc0\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684 DNA\u3002\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u5834\u5fae\u89c0\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u9583\u96fb\u6230\uff0c\u7d30\u83cc\u7684\u53cd\u64ca\u5fc5\u9808\u5920\u5feb\u3001\u5920\u6e96\uff0c\u624d\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u5b58\u6d3b\uff01<\/p>\n Spacer)\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u70ba\u75c5\u6bd2\u5efa\u7acb\u300c\u7f6a\u72af\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u300d\u3002\u7576\u75c5\u6bd2\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u5165\u4fb5\uff0c\u7d30\u83cc\u5c31\u80fd\u4f9d\u9760 CRISPR \u5e8f\u5217\u5feb\u901f\u8a8d\u51fa\u9019\u7a2e\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6642\u9593\u53cd\u6bba\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5b58\u6d3b\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n \u7d30\u83cc\u9047\u5230\u75c5\u6bd2\u5165\u4fb5\uff0c\u7d30\u83cc\u7684 Cas9 \u6703\u526a\u4e0b\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4e00\u6bb5 DNA\uff0c\u63d2\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u4e0a\uff0c\u5c31\u597d\u50cf\u70ba\u75c5\u6bd2\u5efa\u7acb\u300c\u7f6a\u72af\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u300d\u3002 \u5716\u8aaa\u8a2d\u8a08\u2502\u9ec3\u66c9\u541b\u3001\u6797\u6d35\u5b89 \u8cc7\u6599\u4f86\u6e90\u2502\u51cc\u5609\u9d3b<\/p><\/div>\n <\/p>\n G\u3001RNA \u662f C\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u4e92\u76f8\u985b\u5012\u3002\u5f15\u5c0e RNA \u518d\u5229\u7528\u9019\u7a2e\u4e92\u88dc\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u6bd4\u5c0d\u65b0\u75c5\u6bd2 DNA \u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e92\u88dc\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u65b0\u820a\u75c5\u6bd2\u76f8\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n \u7136\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e00\u7a2e\u53ef\u4ee5\u5207\u5272 DNA \u7684\u9175\u7d20
