      Faculty Positions in Marine Research Station Academia Sinica,
    Taipei, Taiwan Four tenure-track positions in the ranks of
    assistant or associate research fellows, which are equivalent
    to those of assistant or associate professors, are available
    in Academia Sinica Marine Research Station, Jiao-Xi, I-Lan.
    Individuals with at least two years of postdoctoral training
    who are interested and/or have prior knowledge and experience
    in the following areas：genetics, bioinformatics, immunology,
    microelectricity, couleived ur marine biotechnology, virology,
    bacteriology, reproductive physiology, macroalgae are encouraged

    a proposal of the future research (research directions: functional
    genomics of marine organisms, molecular pathogenesis mechanisms,

  史語所文字學組徵專任助研究員

    一、資格：助研究員－具有文史相關科系博士學位者。
    二、專業範圍：古文字學（包括甲骨、金文、戰國文字）等相關研

  調查研究工作室徵研究人員

    一、中央研究院「調查研究工作室」徵求專任研究人員一名。
    二、工作性質：規劃並督導執行調查研究工作、從事調查方法之研
                  究。
    三、申請者專長範圍：專攻社會學、政治學、經濟學、流行病學、
                  公共衛生、統計學、心理學及其他學科。具實際抽
                  樣調查經驗或專長調查研究方法之國內外博士，具
                  多年調查實務或主持大型調查研究計畫經驗者，優
                  先考慮。

  POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

      Office of Survey Research, Academia Sinica Taipei, Taiwan
    Office of Survey Research seeks to appoint a tenure-track
    researcher. The researcher will be responsible for engaging
    in survey methodology research as well as planning and
    overseeing survey research projects. The selected applicant
    is expected to work once the hiring procedure is completed.
    Applicants must have a doctoral degree in sociology, political
    science, economics, epidemiology, public hygiene, statistics,
    psychology or any relevant fields. Preference is given to
    applicants who have experience in doing survey or have been
    principal investigators of large-scale survey research projects.
