Direct applications will <strong><em>NOT<\/em><\/strong> be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>The nominated candidate must be a faculty of Academia Sinica (namely distinguished research fellow, research fellow and associated research fellow) with the recognition as an independent and qualified investigator. Current Directors of Institutes and Research Centers shall not be nominated as candidates. The execution of the 2020 Investigator Award will commence on January 1, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The review process includes a preliminary review and a secondary review.
