Applications for the 2017 second session short-term domestic visiting scholars are now being accepted on-line

Academia Sinica offers an opportunity for the short-term appointment of visiting scholars from domestic universities or research institutions. The purpose of this program is to assist scholars outside Academia Sinica to conduct in-depth research on our campus in order to strengthen academic ties as well as facilitating the development of sciences and technologies in Taiwan.
Each applicant should complete the application on-line (http://db3n2u.sinica.edu.tw/~textdb/program/login.php?s=1&act=program/programs.php) by April 15, 2017, and submit three hard copies of the completed application form to the intended host institute within Academia Sinica through one’s home institution before April 25, 2017. The appointment for Domestic Visiting Scholars is awarded for the period of July to December 2017.
For general information, please contact Mr. Hung Wen Lee at the Department of Academic Affairs and Instrument Service (Tel: 02-2789-9376 or E-mail: toplee@gate.sinica.edu.tw).
